We’ve planned a truly special evening for your stay at Villa Claudia — a private dinner experience just for you. Enjoy an exclusive night with your own dedicated chef, who will prepare traditional local dishes right in Villa Claudia’s kitchen. Dinner will be served in the garden, under the gazebo with a beautiful sea view. A professional waitress will take care of you throughout the evening, introducing each course and sharing a bit about the dishes. The experience begins with a spritz aperitif on the porch, followed by a four-course seafood dinner featuring fresh catch from our local waters. Each course will be paired with a glass of Franciacorta — Italy’s answer to Champagne.
To end on a sweet note: a surprise dessert, crafted by our chef.

A DAY AT SEA WITH A PRIVATE SKIPPER!
In Portovenere, you can enjoy some truly amazing swims just outside the “bocche” — the narrow sea channels — when the wind conditions are right. Since it’s open sea, sometimes the Mistral or Libeccio winds make it necessary to stay sheltered near Palmaria Island. But in summer, the sea is often calm, making it the perfect time to rent a boat and have a local skipper take you to one of these stunning spots for a swim.
It’s up to you: would you prefer a slow, comfortable gozzo (a traditional wooden boat), or something faster and more adventurous?
If you go for the speedboat, you can even reach the Marine Protected Area of the Cinque Terre — just keep in mind that landing is only allowed if you have a reservation at one of the local restaurants.
