Villa Claudia, with the scent of the sea, the perfect light, the water lapping and the green of the Olive trees in the garden, welcomes you in its harmony and offers moments of happiness.
Today, we have finished the restoration work, bringing it back to our days by treating it with quality materials and creating warm and welcoming spaces for our guests. A unique holiday home with sea view!

SPACES
The house has two floors, on the ground floor you cand find the “pink room” and the relax room.
On the first floor, there are three more bedrooms, a cozy living room and a dining area with a fireplace for cooler evenings. From the kitchen, you can access a sea view terrace. Villa Claudia has several outdoor areas where you can relax: a furnished porch, a gazebo with a round table and chairs overlooking the sea, a sunbathing area near the hot outdoor shower and a well-kept vegetable garden.

Portovenere is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites and has become one of the most renowned tourist destinations. Perched on the Golfo dei Poeti between colorful buildings and fishing boats, it infuses visitors with charm and uniqueness
The close surrounding includes the marina and many beaches.
The house is a few kilometers away from Le Cinque Terre, which can be visited with a comfortable ferry that starts from the porticciolo of Portovenere (900mt from the house).
Viareggio and La Versilia in Tuscany are just 70 kilometers away.
